Celebrating New Life
The joy of celebrating new life and the desire for our children to be blessed are universal parental emotions. Playing off the pouring hands found in my Refreshing Waters series signature piece, with all the children having a blessing poured out on them from these same hands, I wanted to focus in on the singular relationship of parent and child. The desire for our children to be blessed and the reality of where those blessing ultimately come from. Knowing that, and immersing ourselves and our children in that, is certainly a reason to celebrate.
